These are pictures I take on walks around Portland (usually SE). This has something to do with curiosity, loss, change, and the feeling you get when you come across a newly constructed building and ask yourself, "What used to be here?" even though you walked past it every day.

I wanted to thank you for your comment about reading my entire(Photomic)blog. I found your blog linked in one of my favorite blogs "Portland Gentrification" and I bookmarked it and check it out regularly looking for more pictures like this one http://bp3.blogger.com/_Z6wH69pO6Cg/R-8KhiZc3XI/AAAAAAAAALQ/qCNV_FoixSE/s1600-h/3-29+042.jpg which I thought was very interesting. I have been working at printing up the 100's of negatives I took around Portland back when I was a young aspiring Photographer so I will be posting more along with new work now that I am an old aspiring Photographer. It motivates me to do more because someone is looking at them. Thank you.
