These are pictures I take on walks around Portland (usually SE). This has something to do with curiosity, loss, change, and the feeling you get when you come across a newly constructed building and ask yourself, "What used to be here?" even though you walked past it every day.

I like the mixed use, in our little town it's the latest thing. Then we are about 50 years behind everyone else.
