These are pictures I take on walks around Portland (usually SE). This has something to do with curiosity, loss, change, and the feeling you get when you come across a newly constructed building and ask yourself, "What used to be here?" even though you walked past it every day.

Browsing through your work as a whole: I liked your sense of perspective, and humor; the play of light and shadow. I loved the line of washing, you don't see that much anymore. You know they have a ban on it in Toronto now; too unsightly, they say. Oh, and yes I think I saw the dog.
