there is a tradition in the military of throwing the boots of those being reassigned to another base in the trees or wires- don't understand the significance but was a victim of it a couple times

Down here in So. Cali. shoes on line is an indication that there is a place nearby where you can purchase some mind altering substances.
This is usually a sign of a disputed corner for drug dealers. Better get the photo and run.
